浅野忠信, 27 Kasım 1973’te Yokohama’da, Kanagawa’da dünyaya gelmiştir. Japon oyuncu; Electric Dragon 80.000 V’de Dragon Eye Morrison, Ichi the Killer’da Kakihara, Bright Future’da Mamoru Arita ve Zatoichi’de Hattori Genosuke olarak hafızalara kazınmıştır. Last Life in the Universe’de Kenji, Survive Style 5+’ta Aman, The Taste of Tea’da Ayano rolüyle dikkat çeker. Mongol filminde Temudjin’i canlandıran oyuncu, en son Thor’da Hogun’ı oynamıştır. Ayrıca Followers dizisindeki çalışmasıyla da izleyicilerle buluşur.
